Leslie reported that the iLink testing was completed, and that the summary report had gone to Barbie Selby on February 28. The summary report was distributed -- the overall results were quite positive and did not suggest that many changes were needed. The tasks that presented the greatest challenge were recalling a book and determining the holdings for a particular journal. iLink is scheduled to launch in May after finals.
Leslie was asked about the experience in working with Morae. She reported that the biggest challenge was the marking up of the video to analyze the time that each task took, because each video had to be marked up in real time -- if it was an 18 minute test, it took 18 minutes to mark up.
Lenya training is scheduled to start the week of March 20. There is no schedule yet for the launch of the Staff web site or when additional sites will be migrated into Lenya.
It was also announced that the search was under way for Garry's replacement.
